Failed Payment Rescuer reads invoice and customer data from your Stripe account solely to provide payment recovery services. This includes invoice amounts, customer names, and phone numbers used to send SMS recovery alerts.
Data is used exclusively to send SMS recovery alerts to your customers on your behalf via Twilio. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics beyond the recovery metrics shown in your dashboard.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. SMS messages are delivered via Twilio under their privacy policy.
Invoice and customer data is stored encrypted at rest. Sensitive fields use AES-128 encryption. Data is retained as long as your account is active.
