Frequently asked questions
How is the fee calculated?
10% of the recovered amount on each invoice our SMS pipeline recovers. Stripe bills you at the end of each monthly billing cycle, summing all the fees for that period into one invoice.
What does "recovered" mean?
Any failed Stripe invoice where the customer paid after we sent them an SMS recovery alert. Recoveries outside the 24-hour SMS attribution window are not counted — you only pay on payments our pipeline actually drove.
Is there a minimum fee or subscription cost?
No. Zero recoveries means a €0 bill at period end. There is no monthly minimum, no setup fee, no per-SMS charge. A card on file is required to activate the service.
When am I billed?
At the end of each monthly billing cycle, anchored to your activation date — so if you activate on June 3rd, your first bill arrives July 3rd, summing all fees from those 30 days. Stripe charges the card on file automatically.
What if I dispute a fee?
Every recovery is itemised on your Stripe invoice with the original failed-invoice ID, recovered amount, and applied rate. Email vyacheslav@vkor.be if you need a per-recovery breakdown.
What about non-EUR invoices?
Fees are calculated in your invoice's currency and reported to Stripe at the daily mid-market exchange rate. The locked rate at recovery time is what you'll be billed — exchange-rate drift between recovery and billing day doesn't affect what you owe.
How do I cancel?
From inside the app, click "Manage billing" to open Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation is one click. There are no cancellation fees and no clawback.
Do I need Stripe Connect?
No. The app installs directly into your Stripe Dashboard with the permissions Stripe Apps grants automatically. Connect is not required.
