Success-fee billing

You pay a 10% fee only on payments our pipeline actually recovers. A card is required to activate. There is no monthly subscription cost, no base fee, and no per-SMS charge — only 10% on what we recover.

Billing cycle

Fees from each recovery accumulate over a monthly billing cycle anchored to your activation date. At the end of the cycle, Stripe charges the card on file for the sum. You can cancel any time from inside the app via the "Manage billing" button (Stripe Customer Portal).

Refund requests

Recoveries are computed automatically from invoice attribution; we believe the math is correct in nearly every case. If you find a recovery on your invoice you believe was not actually driven by our SMS pipeline (e.g., the customer paid before our text arrived), email vyacheslav@vkor.be within 30 days of the invoice and we'll review and refund the disputed fee if warranted.
