Terms of Service

1. Service

Failed Payment Rescuer ("the Service") is a Stripe App that sends SMS recovery alerts on your behalf when invoices in your Stripe account fail to charge. By installing the app you agree to these terms.

2. Billing

The Service charges a 10% success fee on payments recovered through our SMS pipeline. There is no monthly minimum, no base subscription, and no per-message fee. Fees are metered by Stripe and billed at the end of each monthly billing cycle. A card on file is required to activate. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal.

3. Acceptable use

You may only send SMS messages to customers from whom you have legitimate consent. You are responsible for ensuring outgoing messages comply with carrier rules and applicable telecom law in your jurisdiction.

4. Data

The Service processes invoice and customer data from your connected Stripe account solely to deliver recovery SMS. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for amounts uncollected, customer disputes, or telecom delivery failures outside our control.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the install email on file.
